DMCA Policy for Roasted Vegetable Pasta Salad

Roasted Vegetable Pasta Salad ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. ยง 512, and promptly address any alleged copyright infringements reported to us.

This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged infringements and for users to submit counter-notifications if they believe their content was removed in error.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to submit a counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. Your counter-notification must be a written communication and include substantially the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Roasted Vegetable Pasta Salad may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
